Donald Trump is probably doing the victory dance at this point as reports keep coming in that would make him do so. The polls show that he is ahead of Hillary in some of the major states, a lot of notable people are supporting him and the breakdown of Hillary’s health seems to be in his favor because Americans see this as a pointer that she is not healthy enough to bear the burdens of the country on her fragile back.
Added to those who endorse Trump is the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP). The FOP officially gave Trump their endorsement after two-thirds of the group’s national board supported him.
Chuck Canterbury, the national president of the FOP said, “Our National Board, and the more than 330,000 FOP members, acquainted themselves with Mr. Trump’s answers to our survey. He took the time off the campaign trail and met with us to talk about our issues, our priorities.”
“[Trump] has seriously looked at the issues facing law enforcement today. He understands and supports our priorities and our members believe he will make America safe again.”
“He’s made a real commitment to America’s law enforcement and we’re proud to make a commitment to him and his campaign by endorsing his candidacy today,” he added.
Canterbury also said, “I look forward to working with the Trump Administration on the issues that matter most to law enforcement.”
