Mark Cuban the billionaire owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and a Trump critic — tweeted that he’d been invited by Clinton’s campaign to sit in the front row at the debate.
Trump in response had tweeted that he might as well place Gennifer Flowers right beside him. Gennifer Flowers had an affair with Bill Clinton in the 1970s.
Trump wrote: “If dopey Mark Cuban of failed Benefactor fame wants to sit in the front row, perhaps I will put Gennifer Flowers right alongside of him!” To further confirm this Gennifer Flowers told New York Times in a text message that she would be there.
However, all these has taken a new twist. On Sunday Kellyanne Conway said Trump has not officially invited Gennifer neither is she expected to be there as a guest of Trump’s campaign.
Mike Pence, Trump’s vice presidential nominee also told “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace that Trump’s tweet that he’d invite Flowers was just “mocking” Clinton’s campaign for distracting from the real issues at stake on Monday night.
Kellyanne was asked if Trump will bring up anything about Bill Clinton’s past affairs at the debate and she said there are no plans to do so. She said, “Mr. Trump will answer the questions as they are asked by Lester Holt, the moderator, and he has a right to defend himself against anything Mrs. Clinton — Secretary Clinton — may say in response.”
This is not the first time Trump has thrown Bill Clinton’s past affairs in Hillary’s face. We are all waiting and excited about what will happen on Monday at the first presidential debate.
